Refund Policy

Terms of Use
- Bookings made online are not complete until payment in full is received. Payment can be made at booking by either a paypal account or most major credit cards. Payment can also be made on the phone, by EFT or in any Westpac branch. We are not able to hold places in courses without payment.
- If you need to reschedule your booking date, we require no less than 24 hours’ notice. This way we may be able to offer your place to another student who may be wait-listed. We are usually able to accommodate a change of date and/or venue with some notice. Please note that additional charges may be payable.
- It is important that if you are late, lost or otherwise unable to attend on time, you make contact with us. We can usually work out something to minimise the inconvenience to all concerned as a result.
- If you choose not to attend after you’ve booked and paid, our standard policy is to decline any request for refund. However, at our discretion, we may choose to refund your enrolment fees. Please note that his may be subject to an administration fee to cover the costs and time associated.
- If you wish to transfer your booking to another person, we can usually accommodate this. There may be an additional charge associated with this.
- If you book for a specially priced course, and choose to reschedule to another date or location which is not offered at a special price, you may be required to pay the difference in enrolment fees before confirmation can be made.
- If you book and pay for a group, and a member of your group wishes to attend on another day, we can usually accommodate this. As the group booking discount may no longer apply, additional charges may be applicable.
- Please ensure that you read the enrolment confirmation letter carefully. We will send this to you on the next business day after you’ve booked and made payment for your course. This letter will contain all the important information you’ll need for the day.
- It is important that you advise us if you do not receive your enrolment confirmation letter. If we email your letter we assume you have received this. If you have not received an email, you may need to check your spam or junk folders.
- Please ensure to advise us if you have any special requirements regarding literacy, numeracy or accessibility. With enough notice we can usually make the necessary arrangements to accommodate most requirements.
- If you’re not successful on the day, we offer the opportunity to attend and re-sit the theory and/or practical exams, and you can attend the training courses again if you wish. We currently offer this at no additional cost, however, we cannot necessarily offer you the place and time you require. This is dependent upon availability.
